This chocolate avocado mousse is my favorite trick for turning a dessert craving into a protein win. Ripe avocados blend with cocoa powder, chocolate protein and Greek yogurt into something so thick and glossy you'd never guess the green thing is doing the heavy lifting. A little honey and vanilla round it out, and a pinch of sea salt makes the chocolate taste deeper. Each serving packs 20 grams of protein at 290 calories, and it genuinely gains you weight the healthy way — good fats plus real fuel. It's ten minutes with zero cooking, sets up beautifully in the fridge, and the yogurt-and-cacao-nib topping makes it look like a patisserie dessert.
