This chocolate peanut butter protein shake is the reason I actually look forward to leg day. Thick, creamy and completely over-the-top, it tastes like a diner milkshake but works like serious recovery fuel — 32 grams of protein and 460 calories per serving, built for healthy weight gain. Ripe bananas make it naturally sweet and silky, natural peanut butter adds richness and staying power, cocoa powder brings the deep chocolate hit, and a pinch of sea salt makes every flavor pop. Sixty seconds in the blender with plenty of ice is all it takes, and the peanut butter swirl and cocoa nibs on top make it feel like a treat instead of a chore. No cooking, five minutes, two tall glasses. This is the shake I make when I want dessert and results in the same glass.
