This green goddess smoothie bowl tastes like dessert but performs like a workout meal. Frozen mango and banana give the base its thick, scoopable texture and sunny sweetness, while a handful of spinach and half an avocado hide underneath — you would never know they are there. Vanilla whey and Greek yogurt pack in 25 grams of protein per serving, so this bowl keeps you full straight through to lunch. Pour it thick into your widest bowl, then make the top pretty: fanned kiwi slices, a strip of crunchy granola, a sprinkle of chia seeds and a snowfall of hemp hearts. Every spoonful is creamy, fresh and slightly crunchy, with 380 calories, 48 grams of carbs, 10 grams of fat and 9 grams of fiber. No stove, no oven, no waiting — ten minutes from blender to breakfast, and the whole thing is vegetarian and kid-friendly.
