Pour the coffee mixture over the ice, then slowly add the cold milk to create layers.
Dust with cinnamon and serve immediately with a straw.
This tastes like a coffee-shop indulgence and works like a post-workout snack. Strong cold brew gets shaken with vanilla protein powder until completely smooth — no lumps, that is the whole trick. Poured over ice with cold light milk, it settles into those beautiful café layers, finished with a dusting of cinnamon. Twenty-four grams of protein for about 210 calories, with a genuine caffeine kick. I make the cold brew the night before, and mornings take care of themselves.
