This iced matcha latte is my morning drink when I want clean energy with real protein behind it. Ceremonial-grade matcha whisked until frothy gets poured over iced milk blended with vanilla protein — forming those gorgeous green-and-white layers that look straight out of a café. Each glass packs 22 grams of protein, and at 280 calories it works as a full post-workout snack or a quick breakfast. The matcha gives calm focus without coffee jitters, and the honey adds gentle sweetness without going overboard. It's five minutes with zero cooking — just sift the matcha well so it doesn't clump, and pour it slowly over the back of a spoon for that perfect layered look.
