This is the breakfast I make when the morning deserves to slow down a little. Diced apples soften into sweet, cinnamon-spiced oats, the top turns golden in the oven, and the whole kitchen smells like apple pie without the sugar crash. It comes together in one dish, slices cleanly, and keeps well for busy weekday mornings. Around 285 calories a serving, with fiber and protein that actually hold you until lunch.
