These high-protein cottage cheese waffles have completely changed my breakfast game. I blend creamy cottage cheese with rolled oats and a scoop of vanilla whey, and the result is a waffle that's golden and crisp on the outside, fluffy in the middle, and packs a serious 30 grams of protein per serving — with zero protein-bar aftertaste. A pinch of cinnamon and vanilla makes them taste like a weekend treat, while the cool Greek yogurt, fresh berries and light honey drizzle on top keep every bite fresh and naturally sweet. At just 380 calories per serving, they fit beautifully into a weight-loss plan without ever feeling like 'diet food'. The batter takes five minutes in the blender, and the waffles freeze brilliantly, so I usually make a double batch on Sunday and reheat them in the toaster all week. If your mornings need more fuel and less fuss, these waffles are your answer.
