I get hit with a cheesecake craving once a week, and turning the oven on for it always feels like too much. So I started blending cottage cheese with vanilla protein and Greek yogurt, and two minutes in the blender it goes silky. Pressed biscuit crumb at the bottom, berries on top, and it tastes like the real thing. Each cup carries 23 grams of protein for 350 calories, a healthy-gain dessert, never a diet compromise. Chill it two hours, grab a spoon, that's the whole job.
