3

Step 3 — High-Protein Berry Chia Overnight Oats
4

Chill the jars in the fridge overnight, at least 6 hours, until the oats and chia have absorbed the liquid and the mixture is thick and creamy.

5

In the morning, stir each jar and loosen with a splash of milk if it is thicker than you like.

6

Top with the remaining berries and a few mint leaves, and serve chilled.

This is the breakfast I put together the night before when I know my morning is going to be hectic. I stir oats, chia seeds, and protein powder into Greek yogurt and milk, let the fridge do the work overnight, and wake up to something cold, creamy, and ready to eat. The berries bring colour and a gentle tartness, and the protein keeps me full until lunch without me having to cook anything in the morning.
