Pour into two chilled glasses, drizzle with peanut butter, scatter over the crushed peanuts, and serve immediately.

This is the smoothie I make when breakfast needs to actually keep me full. Frozen banana makes it thick like soft-serve, peanut butter brings the richness, and Greek yogurt plus oats quietly push the protein up without any powdery aftertaste. It tastes like a treat, blends in five minutes, and carries you properly through the morning. No fancy equipment, no strange ingredients — just a blender, ripe bananas, and a spoonful of peanut butter doing its best work.
