Banana bread is usually a sugar bomb in a healthy disguise, and this version flips that around. Blended cottage cheese keeps the crumb soft and moist while adding real protein, and the ripe bananas do most of the sweetening themselves. A slice of this with your morning coffee actually keeps you full — which is what a dependable breakfast is supposed to do.
